Who are we?
Thrive Care Solutions are a family business who have over 8 years of personal experience with Personal Health Budgets, managing the full end to end range of employer responsibilities and carer management.
We have experience with children that have extremely complex and life-limiting medical needs along with integrated budgets that involve Social Care, Health Care and Educational partners.
We are passionate about supporting you to feel empowered and succeed as a Personal Health Budget (PHB) owner to allow you/your family to live the life you desire. We aim to achieve this whilst minimising the stress during your PHB journey, whichever stage you may be at.

What is a PHB?
A personal health budget or a ‘PHB’ is an amount of money used to support your health and well being needs, as agreed between you and your healthcare team.

The PHB process has 6 key stages, each providing elements to help you to secure the funding, care and support that you need.
Your Journey
Every family is on their own Personal Health Budget (PHB) journey. Whether you're guiding the NHS with your Notional Budget, working alongside the NHS and a 3rd party to manage your budget and staff or you receive Direct Payments and you manage your own finances and/or personal assistants yourself, we can help wherever you are in your journey.
We know how difficult it is trying to get the best care for you and your family and dealing with the stresses of day to day life. That's why our focus is to provide person centred services which will make the experience of designing and delivering a PHB as stress-free as possible, giving you more time to focus on your family.
